These terms are an agreement between you and Eve Electrolysis Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17276790), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, trading as Eve Electrolysis.

1. About Us

Eve Electrolysis is a specialist permanent hair removal clinic operating in London. All treatments are carried out by qualified practitioners holding VTCT accredited electrolysis qualifications. Contact: 07309 050334

2. Bookings and Consultations

  • All new clients must attend an initial consultation (20 minutes, from £50) before any treatment can be carried out
  • Appointments are confirmed by us following your booking request. A confirmation is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from us
  • Your consultation fee is payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment
  • You must be 18 years of age or over to book. Clients under 18 require written parental or guardian consent

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours notice: No charge. You may cancel or reschedule without any fee.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: a charge of up to the full session fee may apply, reflecting the appointment time we are unable to refill. This applies whether you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in us declining future bookings
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to practitioner illness or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund of any pre-payment will be made

4. Payments

  • All prices are as stated on our pricing page and are subject to change. Your confirmed booking price will be honoured
  • The consultation fee is payable at the time of booking
  • Payment is due at the time of each appointment

5. Contraindications and Your Health

  • It is your responsibility to read and understand our contraindications page before booking
  • You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and recent cosmetic treatments accurately and fully at your consultation
  • If you have a contraindication requiring GP permission, you must obtain written GP authorisation before attending for treatment
  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if we have reason to believe it is not safe to proceed
  • We provide treatment with reasonable care and skill, and are not responsible for adverse outcomes caused by undisclosed health information or by pre-treatment and aftercare advice not being followed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded

6. Results and Expectations

  • Electrolysis is a process requiring multiple sessions. Individual results and timelines vary significantly depending on hair density, growth cycles, hormonal factors, and compliance with aftercare advice
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines. Estimates provided at consultation are based on our professional assessment and may vary
  • You are responsible for following the aftercare guidance provided at each appointment. We cannot be responsible for adverse reactions caused by that guidance not being followed. This does not affect your statutory rights

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time at the full session fee
  • Follow all pre-treatment instructions provided, including ceasing waxing and plucking prior to commencing treatment
  • Inform us immediately of any changes to your health or medications between appointments
  • Treat our practitioners and premises with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment for abusive or inappropriate behaviour

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information is held in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We do not share client information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact us on 07309 050334 as soon as possible. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and resolve them within 28 days.
