Razor regrowth happens within a day. Waxing only lasts a few weeks. Laser reduces but cannot permanently remove all hair types. There is only one method clinically proven to permanently remove every hair colour, including white, grey, red, and blonde, every type, on every skin tone.
Razors & Shaving
A quick way to remove hair at the surface. However, fast regrowth means regular upkeep, with most individuals experiencing irritation or ingrown hairs.
Waxing & Threading
Hair is removed from the root for temporary smoothness. As the follicles remain, a lifetime of repeat appointments are needed to maintain the result. Individuals often experience ingrown hairs and heat rashes.
Laser Hair Removal
Laser can offer lasting hair reduction and can be suitable for different skin tones with the right equipment and expertise. It relies on hair pigment, limiting its effectiveness on blonde, red, grey and white hair. Burns and paradoxical hair stimulation are recognised adverse effects that can occur in some clients; burns in particular are linked to incorrect settings or technique.
